| 1972 Corvette Stingray in Excellent original condition. Car only needs paint and some minor interior cosmetics. Original 79326 mile car. Second owner. Documented. Clear Florida titled and Georgia stored car. This car came out of my storage and I took the pics. Not even primped and polished. I wanted to see how the car looks without buffing or even a wash. Original color was silver with black interior. car was repainted 12 years ago(stripped to glass)72 corvette red. Now the list: motor was rebuilt 3 years ago(less than 2000 miles) with Pink rods, TRW flat top pistons 11.5:1 compression, Crane performer cam, forged crank, Balanced and Blueprinted, Dyno at 375hp/435ft.lbs. torque. professionally built and maintained. Motor and transmission are numbers matching. Car runs like a dream. Car does not get over 220 degrees even in bumper to bumper traffic on a hot summer day. Car runs on premium gasoline without a hiccup. All bushings, Bearings and ball joints were changed last year. Fiberglass rear spring was installed two years ago. Brakes have less than 500 miles on them. I have the original hood (stripped to glass) carb., manifold, distributor etc. All original parts. Interior is in great unrestored original condition. Seats are leather with some tears but excellent for the year. all door panels are intact without any buckling or tears. 79,326 miles. Original colors from the owner. March 7, 2008. |
